Scheduling
We currently slaughter two days a week, Monday and Thursday. "On the Farm" and Emergency slaughter are available Monday through Saturday. Please note - due to high demand allow 4-8 weeks for availability in some situations.
We Prefer to slaughter beef on Thursday and smaller animals on Monday, but are willing to work to accomodate your schedule. Livestock drop off time is 8:00-12:00 unless prior arrangements are made. Livestock scehduled for Thrursday slaughter may be dropped off between the hours of 3:30 - 5:30 as needed.
